As a passive investor, you will contribute to a diversified pool of investments, including Multi-Family properties with a minimum of 25 units in challenging markets like Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and a minimum of 50 to several hundred units (occasionally featuring retail space on the ground floor) in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, South and North Carolina, and Texas. These markets are expected to appreciate over time. The investment portfolio also includes Marinas, Self-Storage facilities, and self storage niche assets such as Exotic Cars and Class A Motor Coaches, potentially paired with a club membership.

As a capital fund, our focus is on streamlined operations, targeting value-add properties with typically a three-to-five-year agreement for either selling the assets or offering investors a buyout option. Accredited investors with $200,000 minimum investment, no need for further verification.
